As the Customer Experience Supervisor for Germany you will lead a team of teams that grows with the German customers through superior experiences and beyond expectation. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, implementing technology to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering growth for the team and the German customers.
This role faces the German market but does sit in Prague, CZ
What will you be doing:
- Lead and coach multiple team leaders and their respective CX teams to ensure high performance, consistency, and engagement across the board
- Oversee daily operations and resource allocation to meet service level targets, response time KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics and growth contribution
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the end-to-end customer journey long-term and promote operational efficiency
- Drive adoption of customer experience tools and technologies to enable smoother interactions and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Operations to address customer needs and feedback loops
- Use data and the voice of the customer within the organization to guide decision-making, report on performance trends, and support strategic initiatives
- Own customer escalations and critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and learning for future prevention
What you will bring:
- Fluent in English. B2 German or higher is advantageous
- Two or more years’ experience in managing a team with direct reports
- Experience in customer experience, project management, project roll-out, change management and stakeholder management – creating value
- Strong leadership experience, to be happy to stand up and go against the current and coaching those around you to better results
- Customer Centricity at heart: Passionate about solving customer problems and advocating for their needs at every level
- Great communicator with analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills
- You are focused on building strong long-term relations both internal and external
- Ability to balance strategic and operational urgencies and projects and to prioritize while considering the sensitivity of the topic and the requestor
- You demonstrates a growth mindset by embracing challenges, learning from feedback, and continuously seeking opportunities for development
