Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive customer experience strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and branding.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to derive insights for improving service delivery and customer engagement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing customer experience enhancement projects from ideation to execution.
- Develop customer experience metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization by training and mentoring staff on best practices in customer service and engagement.
