As the Sales Excellence & Training Partner, you will play a key role in supporting sales performance, team capability, and customer experience across all branches through training. The role reports to the Head of Operations – SIXT.
Key responsibilities:
Training & Capability Development
- Create and deliver structured training programs on cross-selling and upselling, value-based selling, and customer interaction
- Facilitate onboarding and recurrent training for new and existing sales team members
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and sales KPIs
- Partner with Area Sales Managers to identify training needs based on performance trends
- Act as a role model for customer-first behaviors and service excellence
Sales Performance & Excellence
- Review and analyze sales performance, conversion trends, and customer insights (NPS, Google Reviews) to identify performance gaps
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to align branch-level sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular on-site quality checks across the branch network to ensure compliance with sales processes, service standards, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor branch adherence to new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tools, and training updates.
- Contribute to building a culture of accountability, high-quality services, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in classroom training (sales and customer service) and performance support roles within fast-paced, customer-oriented environments (e.g. retail, hospitality, or services)
- Proven experience to design and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable performance improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and customer insights
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from cross-functional collaboration
- Passionate about customer experience team development, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel frequently across the branch network for on-site training and quality assessments
