Who we are looking for:
You can see that we have a lot to be proud of as a Market Leader. But we never rest on our laurels. That’s why we are looking for an Operations Director who will help us strengthen our position in Uzbekistan.
Your Key Tasks & What We Expect:
Drive Financial and Sales Grow
- What you’ll do: Typically, our goal is to grow revenue x2 Y to Y. We expect you to be inspired by this challenge, to generate strategic ideas on how to achieve our targets, and to consistently work toward them. You will also need to control the country’s budget, EBITDA, and monitor how taxes (VAT) impact business profitability.
- What we expect: You have hands-on experience growing sales, know budgeting process. During the interview you can share real examples where you have driven growth in key metrics.
Lead the Team
- What you’ll do: Not just monitoring KPIs performance, but understand each team member’s motivation, unite, and inspire the team. Build a positive environment and help each member achieve their goals.
- We expect: at least 3+ years leading teams (preferably sales). You know how to boost team performance and create strong team spirit.
Build Strategic Partnerships
- What you’ll do: Meet with key hotel clients and owners, hold negotiations, and build trusted, long-term relationships.
- We expect: at least 3+ years B2B negotiation experience at VIP/enterprise/key account clients level; you can share strong partnership cases at interview.
Connect Strategy & Operations
- What you’ll do: Set quarterly OKRs with the team, balance daily tasks and long-term goals, and execute strategies step by step.
- We expect: You've built and executed strategies before, and you can break big goals into manageable steps, and do this as a team leader.
Launch New Initiatives
- What you’ll do: Promote initiatives among top hoteliers. For example, we’re planning to develop a fintech direction with OTAs and give hotels the opportunity to receive prepayments for Booking.com reservations through Exely. You need to communicate its value to key decision-makers in the hotel and secure their participation.
- We expect: Project management experience (hospitality/tourism experience will help here, but not a blocker). If you have led successful projects that caused revenue to grow by 1.5–2x, we’d love to talk.
Cross-functional collaboration
- What you’ll do: Collaborate with support, client launch, and other teams to deliver joint projects.
- We expect: You can create a roadmap, set clear deadlines, and push projects forward, removing blockers when needed.
Oversee operational administration
This is probably the least pleasant, but a very important part of the job.
- What you’ll do: Keep order with documents, contracts, and payments. Sign and manage paperwork on time, both internally and with clients.
- We expect: You are organized and pay attention to detail. You know how to keep admin in order

- You are based in Tashkent and ready to work from the office. Our address: Address 1: 34 UI Istiqbol ko'chasi, Tashkent.
- You are fluent in English and Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage.
