Neostella is scaling fast, and as our customer base grows, the quality and consistency of our implementation experience becomes a critical driver of long-term success. Our ability to onboard customers effectively, guide them through change, and ensure strong product adoption directly impacts retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
This role exists because implementation is where our promises become reality. The Implementation Consultant ensures that every customer—whether supported internally or through a partner—receives a structured, high-quality, and customer-centric experience from kickoff through go-live. Your work will directly shape how customers perceive our platform and the confidence they have in partnering with Neostella long term.
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who will lead customer implementations end-to-end while also supporting and enabling our partner ecosystem to deliver at the same high standard.
You will own project execution across discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, and training coordination—ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently met. In parallel, you will collaborate with certified implementation partners, acting as a subject matter expert and quality gate to ensure partner-led implementations align with Neostella’s methodology and customer experience expectations.
This role requires strong project ownership, product expertise, and customer-facing communication. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Support, Engineering, Account Management, and Solutions Consultants to manage risks, solve problems, and deliver successful outcomes.
