We’re looking for a Customer Experience Lead to own how we show up for our customers. This is a part-time, hourly role—3–5 hours per day, remote—but it’s a big job: you’ll be the sole point of contact for all customer inquiries, managing everything from ticket resolution to returns, insights, and improvements.
This role requires someone who’s experienced, autonomous, and deeply thoughtful about the customer experience. You’ll use tools like Gorgias, Loop, and Shopify daily. You’ll also work cross-functionally to make sure what our customers are saying is heard and acted on.
This is a part-time role today, but it’s foundational to how Bodily shows up for our community. For the right person, there’s room to grow into broader ownership of CX insights, community engagement, and operations.
This is an hourly, part-time role at $18/hour. It doesn’t include traditional benefits, but it does offer something else: the chance to do work that matters—helping people through some of the most important and overlooked experiences in their lives.
