The Customer Experience Consultant builds strong relationships with customers to gain an understanding of their business, delivers excellent customer service and maximizes sales opportunities.

Maersk is looking for a Customer Experience Agent who are team-oriented, customer-focused, and well-organized, with solid experience in logistics and supply chain operations. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers, acting as a key point of contact, and ensuring smooth logistics operations across the Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints
  • Proactively communicate with customers on any changes or issues related to bookings
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes
  • Work independently and contribute to team goals by sharing best practices
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs and service standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in shipping or logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Native Spanish speaker with at least 75% fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
