Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent (C2 and higher) English speakers to join out multinational client's project in beautiful Athens.
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)
Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
Schedule: Rotational shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)

Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat, and email
Provide accurate product and order information
Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Fluent English (C2 level) both spoken and written
EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit with Full Market Access
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends
Willingness and availability to work onsite in Athens
14 monthly salaries of EUR 1,200 gross (12 + Easter + Summer + Christmas)
